I wanna be like Peter Pan, I don't wanna grow up

After having to disappoint my niece this morning, I looked up a picture I took so I could look upon her face and remember how i love her. It brought to my mind the joy of believing things we may or may not have known actually exists. The things that, as children, we can believe simply because they are. It doesn't matter if they are a story, a movie, imaginary or real. In our heads they are real because they exist, not because we can physically see and touch them. We believe in hopes, in dreams, in honor, in beauty and instantly falling in love because you are so in touch with your feelings and surroundings that all is possible. The thoughts of life are happy and hopeful through almost anything in life. Thinking on this subject i come to ideas that have always been there but the world keeps getting in the way. That life is just as we believed when we were young. Life is happy and hopeful. We all need to keep alive the Never Neverland,  The Laughing Place, those ideas that life is more than what we see and touch, and hold on to the joys of  believing that things really are that easy.
